HOW TO SETUP QUANTITY OFFERS (BUNDLES)

Quantity Offers, or product bundles, allow you to group multiple products or quantities of the same product at a discounted price, encouraging customers to spend more on their order form.

1. In your app dashboard, navigate to Apps $\rightarrow$ WEBI - LeadForm COD Form.
2. Click the Offers menu item in the left-hand sidebar.
3. The main panel will show the Quantity Offers (Bundles) screen.
4. Click the large button labeled Add Quantity Offer.
5. This will open a new configuration screen where you will define the bundle details.

• Offer Name: Click on the pencil icon next to "New offer" to rename your campaign (e.g., "Pillow Savings Bundle").
• Activation: Ensure the toggle switch in the top-right is set to [ENABLED].

The first step is to tell the system which product this offer applies to.

1. Click the large purple button labeled SELECT PRODUCTS.
2. A product selector will appear. Choose the product(s) you want to be the basis of your quantity offer (e.g., a specific pillow design).
3. Once selected, the product image(s) will appear on the right side of the screen.

The bottom section shows your default tiers (e.g., Buy 1, Buy 2, Buy 3). You will use the 'DETAIL' and 'EDIT' buttons to customize these.

1. Find the bundle tier you want to adjust (e.g., "Buy 2 Items and Save 20%").
2. Click the EDIT button on the far right of that row.

• • This will open a configuration window where you can:
  • • Set Quantity: Define the number of items in this bundle (e.g., 2).
    • Set Price/Discount: Define the saving, such as a percentage discount (e.g., 20%) or a fixed price for the bundle.
    • Rename the Tier: Change the "BUNDLE TITLE" if needed.

3. Click Save (or a similar action) to finalize the tier configuration.

• To Delete: If you don't want a specific tier (e.g., you only want a Buy 2 and a Buy 4 bundle), click the DELETE button on the right of the row.
• To Add: Look for an "Add New Bundle" or similar button (usually at the bottom of the tiers list) to create a custom quantity tier.

You can encourage a specific purchase by making it the default choice when the form loads.

1. In the tier list, find the PRE SELECT column.
2. Click the radio button next to the tier you want to be selected by default (e.g., select the Buy 2 Items and Save 20% option).

1. Click the Appearance tab (next to the Offers tab) to control the look and feel of the bundle display.
2. In this section, you can typically customize:

• • Colors (Background, text, border).
  • Labels (e.g., adding a "Most Popular" badge to one tier).
  • Layout options.

1. Review the offer previews on the right-hand side to ensure the prices and savings are displayed correctly.
2. Click the main Save button (usually located at the bottom of the page) to make your new Quantity Offer live on your LeadForm.
