HOW TO SET UP UPSELL
Upsell Offers Guide: Maximizing Orders with Conditional Upsells
Upsell Offers are designed to increase your Average Order Value (AOV) by presenting a relevant, discounted product offer after the customer commits to purchasing a primary product.

- In your app dashboard, navigate to Apps $\rightarrow$ WEBI - LeadForm COD Form.
- Click the Offers menu item and select the Upsells tab at the top.
- Click the large button labeled Add Upsell Offer.
- A new configuration screen titled "New offer" will appear.

This step defines when the upsell should appear.
- Offer Name & Activation: Click the pencil icon next to "New offer" to rename your campaign (e.g., "Post-Purchase Accessory Offer"). Ensure the toggle is [ENABLED].
- Trigger Product(s): Under section "1. If a customer bought one of these products", click SELECT PRODUCTS.
- Choose the main product(s) that must be in the customer's cart for the upsell to appear. (e.g., if they buy a phone, the accessory upsell is triggered).

This step defines what the customer will be offered.
- Upsell Product: Under section
- Select the product you want to offer", click SELECT PRODUCT.
- Choose the single product you wish to offer as the upsell (e.g., a screen protector for the phone they just bought).

This section defines the pricing, quantity, and product options for the offer.
- Discount Type: Under section "3. Settings", define the price of the upsell product:
- USE ORIGINAL PRICE: Offer the product at its standard retail price.
- PERCENTAGE: Offer a percentage discount (e.g., 20% off).
- AMOUNT: Offer a fixed monetary discount (e.g., $5 off).
- You will enter the value for the percentage or amount after selecting the type.
- Free Shipping: Toggle Enable free shipping to grant the customer free shipping if they accept the upsell.
- Quantity Picker: Toggle Display quantity picker to allow the customer to change the quantity of the upsell product they add to their order.
- Product Variants: Toggle Enable variant selection if the upsell product has variants (e.g., size or color) and you want the customer to choose one.

This section controls the appearance and persuasive elements of the upsell pop-up.
- Header (Urgency Message): Under section "4. Design", use the Header text editor to add compelling and urgent messaging (e.g., "You've unlocked a special deal," "Only for a limited time!").
- Product Title: Use the Product title editor to customize the name of the product as it appears in the offer.
- Image URL (Optional): Enter a direct Image URL if you want to use a specific high-quality image for the upsell product display.
- Countdown Timer:
- Toggle Enable timer.
- Set the time limit (e.g.,
2minutes). This creates scarcity and encourages an immediate decision.
Tailor the look and text of the acceptance and rejection buttons.

- Button Text: Customize the text (Default: Yes, add to my order).
- Background/Text Color: Use the color pickers and input fields (e.g.,
#ffffff) to style the button. You can also use a linear gradient for the background. - Animation/Icon: Select an Animation (e.g., pulse) or Change icon to make the button more noticeable.
- Style: Adjust Text size, Border width, Rounded corners, and Shadow to finalize the design.

- Button Text: Customize the text (Default: NO THANKS).
- Customize the remaining styling options (Background color, Text color, etc.) to make the rejection button less prominent than the acceptance button.
- Review all your settings, especially the discount and timer.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to activate your new Upsell Offer.
