- Open your WhatsApp Business account
- Scan the QR Code displayed in LeadForm to link your account
- In the Message Templates section, you can:
- Use a pre-built template
- Or create your own custom message
- The message can include the customer’s first name, product details, and a checkout link

- In the Settings section, you can configure a discount:
- By fixed amount
- By percentage
- Or enable free shipping
- In the Preferences section, choose:
- Manual sending or Automatic sending
- Set a sending interval (we recommend at least 5 minutes to reduce the risk of number blocking)
- You can also send messages to older abandoned orders
- Access the Analytics / Insights section to track:
- Number of messages sent
- Number of messages read
- Conversion rate

- Click on Add Credit and select the amount that best fits your needs
- The higher the package, the lower the cost per message
- ⚡ With Premium and Market Pro plans, messages are unlimited, so no recharge is required
- [ ] WhatsApp account connected via QR Code
- [ ] Message template configured
- [ ] Discount & preferences set
- [ ] Messages tested (new + old abandoned orders)
- [ ] Performance verified in Insights
- [ ] Balance recharged (not required for Premium & Market Pro plans)
