STEP 1 – Connect your WhatsApp account
  • Open your WhatsApp Business account
  • Scan the QR Code displayed in LeadForm to link your account




STEP 2 – Configure your message templates
  • In the Message Templates section, you can:
    • Use a pre-built template
    • Or create your own custom message
  • The message can include the customer’s first name, product details, and a checkout link

STEP 3 – Configure discount & preferences
  • In the Settings section, you can configure a discount:
    • By fixed amount
    • By percentage
    • Or enable free shipping
  • In the Preferences section, choose:
    • Manual sending or Automatic sending
    • Set a sending interval (we recommend at least 5 minutes to reduce the risk of number blocking)


STEP 4 – Send messages & analyze performance
  • You can also send messages to older abandoned orders
  • Access the Analytics / Insights section to track:
    • Number of messages sent
    • Number of messages read
    • Conversion rate

STEP 5 – Recharge your balance
  • Click on Add Credit and select the amount that best fits your needs
  • The higher the package, the lower the cost per message
  • ⚡ With Premium and Market Pro plans, messages are unlimited, so no recharge is required
