HOW TO INSTALL LEADFORM IN YOUR THEME

How to Add the Lead Form (COD) :

Follow these steps to add the Lead Form COD to your product pages:

Navigate to your Shopify Admin panel.

Go to Online Store → Customize.

Open the Product Page .

At the top of the page, select Products and choose Default product.

Add the Lead Form block.

In the left sidebar, click Add block and select Lead Form COD.

Save your changes.

Once added, the Lead Form Block will automatically appear on your product pages.
