How to Configure Cities and Provinces in Your Form

To set up the list of cities and provinces for your form, please refer to our tutorial:

This allows you to offer a customized location list based on your country.

Step 1: In the form settings, go to the Fields section.

Step 2: Add the City field and enable the Dropdown menu option as well.

Step 3: In the Shipping Fees section, select Shipping by province and set up your pricing accordingly.

To Enable Stopdesk: Please check the Shipping option in the following path:

LeadForm > Form Settings > Options > Shipping

You can now enable Stopdesk as needed.
