HOW TO ACTIVATE MULTIPLE MARKETS IN ONE STORE
Using the built-in Markets feature is essential for tailoring your storefront, pricing, and content for different countries and regions.
⚠️ Pre-Requisite: LeadForm International PlanBefore setting up or customizing multiple markets, confirm you have the necessary plan active in the LeadForm App:
Action: Navigate to the Pricings section of the LeadForm app. Verify that your current subscription includes the International Plan or a tier that supports multi-currency and multi-language market integration. Without this plan, you may be limited to a single market configuration.

This is done directly in the main platform interface, as seen in your first screenshot.
- Access Markets: In your store admin sidebar, click on Markets.
- Review Existing Markets: Check the table for existing markets:
- Active: Markets that are currently live and visible to customers in those regions (e.g., Esp, France, maroc).
- Draft: Markets that have been created but are not yet live (e.g., Mexico, SAUDIA).
- Create a New Market:
- Click the Create market button in the top-right corner.
- Name the Market: Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "North America").
- Add Countries/Regions: Select the specific countries you want to include in this market (e.g., United States, Canada).
- Save: The new market will typically be created in the Draft status.
- Activate a Draft Market:
- Click on the Draft market you wish to launch (e.g., Mexico).
- Review the market settings (pricing, domains, language).
- Click the Activate Market button (or similar action) to make it live. The status will change to Active.

Key Principle: The LeadForm app typically uses the active market and its associated language (e.g., MARKET: ESP | EN) to determine which version of the form, offers, and language to display.
- Access LeadForm Settings: Navigate to Apps $\rightarrow$ WEBI - LeadForm COD Form $\rightarrow$ Dashboard.
- Check Market Status: Look for the market indicator (e.g., the
MARKET: ESPbadge visible in your second screenshot). This shows the currently selected market context within the app's settings. - Configure Market-Specific Content: For each active market, you may need to:
- Form Settings: Go to Form settings and customize the form fields, text, and translations for that specific market's language.
- Offers: Replicate or translate your Quantity offers, Upsells, and Discounts to suit the local currency and pricing structure of the selected market.
- Shipping Fees: Go to the Shipping fees section and define the specific shipping rules and costs relevant to the selected market.
- Anti-Bot: Adjust Country Limits in the Anti-Bot section to match the countries included in the active market.
When a customer visits your store, the platform identifies their location and routes them to the correct market experience. The LeadForm app reads this market information and automatically serves the corresponding, localized configuration (including price, currency, language, and offers) that you set up.
