Discounts Manager Guide: Creating and Managing Discount Codes


The Discounts Manager allows you to effortlessly boost sales by offering customers easy-to-use coupon codes with fixed value or percentage discounts on your products.


Step 1: Accessing the Discounts Manager


  1. In your app dashboard, navigate to Apps $\rightarrow$ WEBI - LeadForm COD Form.
  2. Click the Offers menu item in the left-hand sidebar, and then select the Discounts tab at the top.


Step 2: Creating a New Discount Code (Coupon)




  1. Click the + NEW COUPON button under the "Easy Discount Codes" heading.
  2. A configuration window will appear where you will define the coupon details:Discount Code: Enter the actual code your customers will use (e.g., SUMMER20, WELCOME10).Discount Type: Choose between:Percentage: (e.g., 10% off the total order).Fixed Amount: (e.g., $10 off the total order).Amount/Value: Enter the corresponding numerical value (e.g., enter 20 for 20% or 10 for $10).Number of Uses: Set the maximum number of times this code can be used in total (e.g., enter 100 for the first 100 customers).Note: Leave blank for unlimited use.*Expiration Date: Set a date when the code will automatically stop working. This creates urgency.Note: Leave blank for no expiration.*
  3. Save the new coupon to add it to your list. The details will now be visible in the table (CODE, AMOUNT, NUMBER OF USES, EXPIRED).


Step 3: Configuring Customer Messages


This section allows you to customize the feedback customers receive when they attempt to use a discount code on your form.

  1. Scroll down to the "Messages for customers" section.
  2. Successful message: Customize the text displayed when a valid code is accepted and applied (Default: Discount code accepted).
  3. Invalid discount: Customize the text displayed when a customer enters a code that doesn't exist (Default: Invalid discount code).
  4. Expired message: Customize the text displayed when a customer enters a code that has passed its expiration date (Default: Discount code expired).
  5. Exhausted message: Customize the text displayed when the code has reached its maximum Number of Uses (Default: Discount code expused - Note: This should likely read "Discount code exhausted").
  6. Click the UPDATE MESSAGES button to save all your customized feedback messages.




Step 4: Managing Existing Discounts


The main table lists all active and expired discount codes. You can use the search bar to find specific codes.

  • To modify a coupon's settings (e.g., extend the expiration date or increase the number of uses), click an Edit button (which should appear on the right side of the coupon's row).
